Warranties are based on trust. If you warrantee equipment for say 10 years I need to be reasonably sure you'll be in business 10 years from now. And I need to trust that you'll honor the warrantee and not have dome sort of weasel condition. Or, to put it another way, warrantees offered by new entrants carry precisely zero weight in my purchasing decisions. If you are new, then -expect- you to fail, and that factors into my decision. |
