The Economist's unsubscription process is also terrible: looong hold on the phone and then many minutes of repeating to the person on the other end, no I'm not going to reconsider, cancel my subscription. It's a great magazine but heaven help you if you decide to stop getting it. And, as suggested above, this has actually kept me from re-subscribing again later. |
