Additionally, I've found that they're a bit less risqué than Western productions and that creates broad appeal. Crash Landing on You was a heartwarming (and cheesy) story told in a very "PG" way. It not only appealed to me, my wife, and our friends, it appealed to my modest Indian in-laws. |
