I'm working on a platform where tech job interviewees can share their real interview recordings to help others prepare. Videos will be fully anonymized and reviewed for privacy. Interviewees can earn tips if their video is helpful. Do you think this would be valuable for jobseekers? Any suggestions?

Good idea. Just not sure how many interviewers are comfortable with sharing the recording. The interview process is private in nature.
