The "non-voting shares" thing is just SUPER bananas to me. Like, you could hold a billion dollars of META shares and have no vote. In what sense is that "ownership?" Why do people go along with it? >So if I don't get dividends, can't vote, and am not entitled to a share of the company's assets, what is the actual value in owning stock? EXACTLY. |
