The EU is so laughably ineffective and slow that I have no doubt OpenAi could do another 50 gpt-4 sized training runs with PII-pruned data before anything gets to court. You already are seeing the likes of Adobe using legally-sourced imagery as a key selling point. I imagine the bigger momentum is going to come from companies who want to know what liabilities they have for using the tools. |
