Brandolini's Law existed 100s of years before the advent of the Internet. One of my favorite "Mark Twain" quotes is: “a lie can travel halfway around the world before the truth puts on its shoes” The best part is that we actually have no proof that he said it proving Brandolini's Law way before the Internet was invented.
