Eating on the same schedule, keeping the same portions and eating 4 times a day helps me. If I miss my window, I can feel my brain shutting down. Also I can't function on low carbs diet, so there's plenty of carbs in mine, but I try to exclude all things with high GI. I also eat plenty of protein rich products, but I don't think it affects my brain in any way. Works pretty good so far for me. |
