That was my though too. Unless their is a 3G modem and a SIM card it’s not really fully solar.

Or a small modem connected in RJ45 to avoid the wifi drain.

The solar subdomain comes back as a Cox residential IP address. Its likely just hardwired into his switch/router or via wifi.
