If my girlfriend suddenly grows by 7 inches I'd be very surprised, I think no amount of friendship-polishing will achieve this :')

Gaining weight would be doable, and as much as I try not to body-shame people, especially her, I think I'd be worried if she would gain 45 pounds...

(...if she'd do that, she'd be Kommo-o, a Pokemon I've never seen or heard :D)
