I generally agree but in this case how personal are we getting really? There's no login or anything, and you can put a fake name in. At most, my IP is getting logged, and the fact that I'm coming from HN. I don't consider height/weight that personal either, but I was an athlete in college so maybe that's because that data was publicly available on the internet for some time.
