Move to San francisco as soon as possible and go to all kinds of networking events. Make new friends and find someone there. You should be able to find someone if you try, especially if you already have been accepted to an incubator. And from what you've written it seems that you don't have a working product and you aren't able to build it yourself. your mindset shouldn't be "I could give you some equity in exchange". You should be willing to bring that person on as an equal status co-founder. |
