Clojure's value is all in the what you're not doing, that can be hard to explain if you've never experienced the pain it tackles So I'm sure as part of your learning you will have created a web app maybe a rest end point or nextJS, next I want you to go check out Clojure Electric take a look at some of the demos and try and replicate it in JavaScript with any framework in less code If you're convinced of the potential for the language install clj-kondo, parinfer, paredit into your editor and never type directly into the repl Unfortunately it's nearly impossible to learn Clojure without tooling support so find that Clojure plugin for your editor and don't ignore the other tooling before starting |
