In personal life, I learn whatever makes me happy or life easier. That's everything from a new ski trick, a new recipe or a script to let me register a highly coveted spot in swim school for my kids.

At work, I learn what I see is coming down the pipe for the next few years. I've been reasonably successful at my job because I have enough experience to see what senior management is worrying about. And I learn and focus on those areas.
