Priya the worker getting replaced is not a tragedy in any sense other then it prevents Priya the person from helping her family and maybe realizing more lofty ambitions for herself. We made computers to do our work for us and we are succeeding. But even before GPTs, there were a lot of problems with tech changing what it means to be human. How much of this even worth fighting? |
