I start my work day off with an Eisenhower matrix at the top of a new page in my business diary. Leave the diary open and present on the desk. Ensure you're crossing out things as you work through them. Review previous days as often as you think is necessary. Between that and having all my meetings in my osx calendar, I generally don't have open loops. |
