It's not an "unfortunately", the U.S. population has increased 50% since 1980, using US census markers ~226m in 1980 to ~331m in 2020. It's an amazing benchmark to be at the same ownership rate despite growing this much in such a short time frame. Further, ownership going beyond certain numbers does not necessarily mean good either. |
