I started to see a huge issue with knowledge: people don't know what they don't know. If you have a magic Maschine your solution is no longer 'no clue how to do this' but it becomes 'i will ask my trusty expert machine'. This machine now gives you the next step, the guidance you need without being jugemental OR much simpler: just looks to busy to you that you are not confident to disturb the other. |
