I don’t think you have to be a devil’s advocate in this case. I 100% agree. There seems to be a very obvious effort to reduce comp and benefits in tech. Or mismanagement is no longer being masked by uninterrupted stock growth. Even Google who was typically higher on the comp and benefits scale is rolling things back. |
