Menu aside, what is a a screen reader supposed to do with a table changing at 100 msg/s?

What are your eyes going to do with such a table? People pause right? So it would be nice to have some help to navigate. aria-sort in that example would help a lot, also some menus usable with a keyboard, and not disabling outlines.
