They've been doing that for years and always end up yielding to the web standard. Happened with webapps, happened with web push notifications (finally being released). Hopefully they are not thinking the same for WebXR, if so, we'd be years away from getting it. But I kinda suspect they are releasing WebXR along with their AR glasses |
