You’ve bootstrapped before - could you summon the personal strength to do it again? Reduce headcount, cut costs relentlessly, grow margins, and prepare for a sale in 3-5 years? I.e. don’t try to pivot and grow your way to success. It’ll be tough, but tougher than selling with nothing to show for it? |
