If we start losing the moths it'll be even harder to bring back from the brink than bees. Like the proverbial starving migrant, unpopular animals are left to the wayside[0]; bees making honey and being well known plays to their advantage, but I'm 100% sure you could tell someone moths are going extinct and their response would be "finally, my closet was shrinking every year!"
