It’s hard to take seriously an article with nonsense like this in it:

“First Russia tried to suppress the U.S.-backed Euromaidan movement in Ukraine”

A Russian canard that Ukrainians don’t have agency.

The rest of the article is more breathless sensationalism masquerading as investigative journalism. Like this nonsense:

“Trump also threatened the business interests of the most powerful sectors of society. It was the latter offense, rather than his putative racism or flagrant un-presidentialness, that sent the ruling class into a state of apoplexy.”

The ruling class? Is this ye olde Pravda?

The article is indeed disappointingly sensationalist, but it was at least nice to see someone else who’s infuriated by “misinformation” push.
