It's kind of ridiculous that non-disclosure allows 'trade secret' protection of ingredients when, as you say, a lab can tell us the actual ingredients and relative quantities. We should require disclosure for trade secret protection of chemically-based products. At least to the EPA or FDA. They can still keep the actual recipe and blending instructions secret. |
