Not to defend twitter here, but it's not that far out if you're a grad or Ph.D student working on some project for your thesis or whatever - especially if you can get the money refunded. A collegue of mine is writing his Masters thesis part time on deep learning, and he's paying around $30-$50/month for cloud computing |
