I may not agree with:

But the rest looks good to me:

It also wants the agency to take on a rulemaking initiative to create standards for generative AI products.

Sure, there will be (more) FOSS clones, and non-American clones. NBD — if they can't pass stuff like this, they're not going to be as valuable regardless.
