This seems unnecessarily anti-free market. What makes you think that cultured meat (or any other alternative) is sludge that shouldn't even be allowed to be sold? Plenty of work goes into making alternatives, and there are legitimate reasons for consumers to want to buy them. In lieu of evidence-based health reasons, I don't see the logic in banning them.

I'm in favor of correctly listing ingredients (ex. insects), just not in banning them entirely.
