It turns out, the "open internet" is, in general, a terrible idea. Edit: I'm serious. From a national and personal security perspective, as unpalatable as it is, China has the right idea - what sane country allows any stranger from anywhere in the world detailed access to any of their citizens' thoughts and decision making processes? |
