  • iCloud Drive files
  • Photos and videos
  • Mail
  • Contacts
  • Calendar
  • Reminders
  • Safari
  • Notes
  • Voice Memos

And/or you can use https://privacy.apple.com/, which is basically Apple's version of Google Takeout.
