There are no startup culture outside of US and Europe. Even in Europe except England(?). My business is an international company working between Germany, Russia and Azerbaijan, you can't see any acquisitions here so often. (I didn't hear yet) Buying a company can only be accomplished through some mutual friends or someting like this.
