There's quite a bit of activity getting the rk3588 working in the mainline kernel. People having current mainline kernel+patches working today, and getting those patches mainstreamed has been making steady progress. My nano Pi R6S (another SBC with RK3588) has dual 2.5GBE and 1GBE, is pretty fast, and has 8GB ram. I expect it to be useful for many years to come. |
