It sounds like you have PTSD. 20+ years ptsd sufferer here and none of the traditional medications made a dent. But psychedelic therapy did and it worked like a charm for me.

Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy has shown great promise, give it a shot.

- Look into Ketamine which is already FDA approved.

- Psilocybin, MDMA are all due for FDA approval. The clinical trials have shown high efficacy

and they are the best thing to happen for a very long time. Trust me, I have never felt better and it can get better.

dm me if you want to talk.

I'm diagnosed with CPTSD and tried ketamine-assisted therapy for over a year. It certainly helped with awareness and introspection, but has done nothing for actual behavioral modification, sadly. Willing to give MDMA a try but afraid to go underground for it.
Psilocybin and MDMA has worked wonders for even the worst trauma. Please do try these therapies and there are many more on the way. Please don't give up. - a fellow cPTSD patient.
Have you tried MDMA?
MDMA and Psilocybin have shown fantastic efficacy. Look up MAPS Trial for efficacy data, it's about as close to a magic pill for PTSD as one can imagine.

"MDMA was found to induce significant and robust attenuation in CAPS-5 score compared with placebo (P < 0.0001, d = 0.91) and to significantly decrease the SDS total score (P = 0.0116, d = 0.43)."

A p-value of 0.0001 is extremely good. [1] https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-021-01336-3

Ketamine is amazing. I went through a period of severe depression and suicidal thoughts. Psilocybin was the start, but ketamine was the cure.
