It sounds like you've exhausted things like recommendations from people you know in real life and on social media. There are a ton of Facebook groups for any and all medical situations. People in a suitable FB group might be able to provide you with all sorts of advice. If you live in a densely populated area, that can make it harder to find a good doctor. In areas with less population density, the pace of life is slower, and there's less competition for resources (and health care is a resource). If you live in the USA, you can browse the link below where you can set the location and the types of expertise you want. I hope you quickly find a doctor who can solve your problem. In the past, I've had my own medical struggles, and on multiple occasions I've been astounded by what finally solved a seemingly intractable medical condition.
