Germany introduced a legislation like this recently ("law for fair consumer contracts"). It mandates that there is a cancellation button (and clicking it sends you an email confirmation), offers via phone have to be sent and confirmed in writing, contracts can be canceled at any time within one month after the initially agreed runtime.
