Right, but the point of the comment you answered to, is that this cynical take does not work if Montenegro does not actually happen to be a dictatorship, friendly to the west or not. Note that I have absolutely no idea whether Montenegro is or isn't a dictatorship, but the intention of all commenters here was clear. |
