Estimations are regulary off cause they are just estimations, not futurology. And even if they are accurate is hard to know if that's due to a good estimate or because of Parkinson's law. I'd like to hear some thoughts on how to improve those estimations rather that explaining why it is hard as Brooks did on MMM. |
