I just accept the dispute, it’s really not worth my time to fight a costly dispute when it isn’t garunteed that I would win.

I would much rather win more business and sales to cover the for the cost of that dispute.

At the minimum, put in place strict terms of service and add chargeback protection.

Yes, I agree that a strict terms of service definitely helps.

If you had an automated solution that would save you the time and win most of the disputes, would you be interested in that?
