Could that be 17 passes as a warning? Sometimes for example you hear tell of jets flying over ships to say ‘hey I could have bombed you but I didn’t’? I’m just not sure if you’d be able to miss 17 tries at a fuel dump or something. That’s also quite few minutes of flight time on the attempts. But hey if it happened it happened. |
