I work with many people and teams and vendors. About 20% of them can listen. About 10% are able to listen and reflect back the meaning. About 5% are able to create space for deeper listening and connect authentically. A few invite creativity from others - honestly - and follow the best direction. Apart from these, the framework of Nonviolent Communication is very helpful. |
