Ads are a problem because twitch is pushing them more, while slowly degrading the profitability of normal subs (eg no 70/30 split anymore). Regarding ads they also don't seem to understand their product, having an option to switch on ads which play uncontrollably (for the streamer) while also completely hiding the stream during the ad. Combined with no rewind feature this is a complete mess. |
