Is ACTA potentially affecting desktop applications that are storing encrypted information to the cloud using private-public keypair?
Private key would be available only locally. From ACTA it's not clear for me if desktop app provider should start storing the keypairs in case a law enforcement asks for the access to the data. Any ideas? |
