yes, they filed new 10b5-1 and used them. they did the needful. it will probably cause the rules to change.

I don’t think it kicks in without another trading window going by. It requires 3 months or more to kick in.

There might be more to this than what we’re hearing. It’s probably all media frenzy bs right now.

That's a new regulation passed in December that doesn't take effect until April. At the moment, there is no cooling off period.

10b5-1 rules actually did change recently, IIRC it's now about six months from change to sell.
