Framing it as a $0.10 cost issue is disingenuous. It's not that I want to save $0.10, it's that I want hardware that specifically does not have that functionality. And I'm willing to spend more to get it; though not $10billion more. And it's not that they'd have to re-tool their fabs to make it either; they're already set up to make non-ME systems for certain government buyers. Please let civilians buy those systems. |
