Is it possible that the root issue here is that you are not well suited to large companies? The dynamic at big cos is radically, shockingly different from that at a smaller co (<1000 ppl, say). You wouldn't be the first person to be horrified by how big cos work and exhibit symptoms of burnout. Yes, your post reeks of burnout. Some people love big companies. Some people hate it. There's no shame in either position. |
