SVB collapse a zero impact on big tech workers earning $300k. this problem effect small business, maybe 50-75 employee who did not risk they money. they literally put in bank to do thing like pay employees and other bills. start up employee is not earning $300k USD per year. start up hardly compete with big tech on any compensation. these people working hardest.. not rest and vest like big tech. |
