The argument that it is difficult to hold Apple as a victim when they're rolling in enormous success. But yes, as a society and culture there is a natural disdain for excessive success ($100 billion in cash reserves? That is deeply unsettling), and as a natural course both the government and the courts are going to be less favourable to Apple. |
