> So many engineers move to management, yet want to remain "hands on", and won't let go. It's obnoxious and frustrating, when they inevitably have their heads spinning from meeting after meeting, and no time remaining, but still insist on trying to help. Oh god, I hate this. The thing that happens most often in my experience is they have time to do the "fun parts" of something, and then leave others with all the testing, paperwork, bug fixing, etc, to make their update into something "real". |
