If you do not understand an ecosystem, then you will believe the things you are saying. Nearly everything you claim is simply not true, and demonstrates a lack of understanding more than anything. You can indeed use notepad++ to write Kotlin. Nothing is stopping you. Kotlin is not limited to mobile development either. |
