Nobody is calling me out on the merits of point. They are just okay as long as it doesn't back fire them. In this case, the seniors are okay as long as they are not questioned on the estimates. The team has a culture of not snitching on managers. So till now no one (including me) has pointed to manager that there is an issue. I don't think if any one called out then he would care also. |
